Personal Support Time

Personal Support Time (PST) is an integral part of our support system. Three times a week, pupils meet their PST teacher in their House group during period 8 on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (3.35-3.55pm). This time allows for the following important whole school themes: -

• Assemblies

• Pupil Participation (Pupil Council & pupil voice)

• Reinforcement of school values & ethos (CARE)

• Reading for Pleasure - S1, 2 & 3 (every Wednesday afternoon)

• S6 Leadership Team meetings

• Celebrating achievement

• World wide events e.g. International Women's Day

• Learning conversations following tracking & monitoring reports
