To ensure every child gets safely to the correct dismissal location at the end of the day, we ask that all changes to your child’s dismissal plan be submitted to the school office no later than 1:00 PM.

This cutoff time allows us to get the message to your child’s teacher with enough time for them to read it and prepare the student. When dismissal changes come in late, it creates confusion and delays, and most importantly, it increases the risk of a child not being where they need to be—whether that is the bus, car pick-up, EDEP, or walking home.

Beginning next week, we will no longer be able to accept changes after 1:00 PM, except in emergencies. Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe and orderly for every student.

Our top priority is always the safety of your children and making sure they get home or to after-school care smoothly and securely.
