Mr Goodrich's cooking class learned about sour, sweet and salty - with the Calamansi/Lime Sour Challenge… some of the other classes wanted to give the fruits a try too! The review... it was SOUR!!!

Congratulations to the 6th/7th grade boys won their game!

Great effort my our Spartan Girls lost but played well and the 8th Grade Boys who in a nail biter by just 2 points.

BEATRICE UPDATE

Our Spartan Cow Beatrice is 3 months old and is now 37 inches (from 28") and has gained 163 lbs from her birth weight of 77 lbs to a whopping 240 lbs. She has moved out of the calf barn. BEATRICE likes to stick her WHOLE head in her milk bucked when she drinks (see her 2 month update pictures). Check out the color page too. DM us a picture if you color it in and we'll send it to her.
