Changes to be made: 35–40-degree oblique position. CR slightly too low. Should be at the level of T5-T6 or 1 inch inferior to sternal angle. I believe it may have been taken AP instead of PA. Or the image was not flipped in post processing. Entire esophagus is demonstrated. Evaluation criteria states that the esophagus should be midway between the spine and heart. No marker present.

Changes to be made: CR to T5- T6, possibliy a touch too high. Entire esophagus demonstrated. Esophagus midway between the heart and spine and the arms are not superimposing the esophagus. Marker visible, good exposure factors. Collimation could have been brought in more.

Changes to be made: Patient in a 30-60 degree oblique (phantom placed at a 45 degree angle). CR to L1. Entire stomach and duodenum are demonstracted and the fundus would be barium filled in this position. Optimal exposure factors and marker is present but in the anatomy. Collimation could have been bought in more.
