Changes to be made: Dorsum sellae projected within the foramen magnum. Entire skull is visualized but a slight tilt is present and collimation could have been brought in more. Petrous ridges are symmetric. Marker is present and free of anatomy. Exposure too high and grid lines present.

DI: -2.3 (too low) 

Changes to be made: CR 15 degrees caudal to exit at nasion. Entire skull visualized with no rotation present. Petrous ridges over lower 1/3 of orbits. Petrous pyramids superimposed over infraorbital margins. Low exposure factors make it difficult to visualize. Increase mAs. Marker present, it needed to be moved out of soft tissue anatomy.
