Top of skull cut off slightly. Lateral borders are on image, but image is magnified and difficult to see all aspects. 

Lateral Cranium

Same as AP cranium, images are magnified so it is difficult to get all borders of the cranium on the image. Vertex and posterior aspects of cranium are cut off. Frontal aspects are visualized. 

Lateral Hip

More obliqued than optimal. Needs to be more lateral. 

AP Hip

Could have been brought more towards the midline to visualize the acetabulum and pelvis but otherwise good. 

AP Chest-Supine

Collimation needs to be brought in more but CR is correct, no indications of rotation or tilting.  

Cross table Lateral Hip 

Positioning good, technique needed to increase slightly to visualize the femoral head and neck. Collimation could have been brought in more.  Marker not visualized.

KUB 

 Correct CR, no rotation or tilting indicated. Collimation needs to be brought in more and no marker present.
