Make a copy of each of the two links below.
HHS Process Grade Self-Assessment Google Form. This will be used for students to self-assess where they are at in each category.
HHS Process Grade Google Classroom Rubric. This will be attached to your Google Classroom assignment.
Open your Google Classroom, and make a new assignment called "HHS Process Grade: Student Self-Assessment."
Fill in the directions, and then attach your new copy of the form through the Google Drive button.
Fill out the details on the far right side to indicate which students will receive the rubric, the due date, and topic.
Click on "Rubric" and choose "Import."
Locate the new copy of the rubric you just created and attach.
Click assign.
At this point, you will wait for students to assess and submit their forms.
Open the Google Form to review student responses. You may want to have this tab open as you provide rubric scores for your students so that you have something to refer to.
You can view student responses by summary (everyone), question (each question is divided into groups by student response) or individual.
The individual view would let you see if students had submitted any written comments at the bottom of their form.
In Google Classroom, open the assignment and click the "Student Work" tab.
Click on a student's name on the left side--this will bring up the rubric.
You can click on the appropriate scores for that student, and then click the return button.
At this point, you'll be able to leave any private comments to the student.
That's it! Best of luck for you as we head into conferences.
