Steps to Set Up Appointment Slots
1) Open Google Calendar, navigate to the first conference date, and click in the open space to start an event.
2) Name the event "Spring Conferences: Your Name"
3) Select "Appointment slots" from the options under the title.
4) Under date, make sure it says February 11, 2021 and then choose the time frame (example: 4-8 PM) and it should also say February, 2021 at the end.
5) Slots with duration: Depending on your length of conference desired, indicate the duration of each time slot. For example, if you want conferences every 15 minutes or 20 minutes, you can choose your preferred length.
7) When you click on the event you just created (the purple box in my example), you'll see the link to your appointment page. This is the link you will submit. Right click on it, and copy it.

*If you want to set aside a time for a break, you can click on a time slot and delete it as an option, or "book" yourself for the desired time in order to make that time unavailable to be selected.
**You may need to look at your Google Calendar and delete any appointment slots that interfere with any other scheduled events, like an IEP meeting.
