Generating Compliance PA Steps

When a Compliance PA step is missing on a project, you can manually generate the step using the "Tools" tab in the PA tab in any project.

On the tools tab select the "Choose Stage" option and select the "Compliance Option" and select "Next" below and to the right of the selection box.

Select the option(s) for the associated step(s) you are missing. Please note that you can generate multiple in one go, you do not need to select them one at a time. 

Once you have selected your options and selected "Next" you will see the steps on the next page. Select the "Next" button again to confirm, and then select the "Finish" option. Your step has now been generated. Please note that if you do not select "Finish" your step will not finish generating and you will need to start over again if you refresh the page.

Once you have selected "Finish", you will need to refresh the page to see your changes. Refresh the page and your step will have generated under the "Compliance" section in Project Assistant. You may have to change tabs back to Project Assistant to see your steps fully generated.

You may also use this process to generate any other step by selecting the correct stage where the step data is held. Follow this same process for those, this is purely a guide to generating the correct Project Assistant steps, not completing any specific step!
