Update the 'Compliance Announcement' google space as well with new announcements.
4/1/25 - If you are pushing back on an AHJ/utility for a requirement like a placard or equipment etc. Please when the conversation is finished forward it to the OM of the area.
2/28/25 - Added this to the IDD SoP: (Note: States like OR and OH that have their owns codes are based off of the prior I-codes, verify which I-code year they are based on and that is the year that will be used for the ASCE reference)
2/6/25 - Created the Compliance Announcement google space which will duplicate what is listed in Oracle to have two records for announcements. The following items have been updated and included as they are recent announcements:
1) The updated follow up due diligence process that includes the notes about updating existing requirements.
2) We are changing communication software to Zoom, effective date TBD.
1/8/25 - Haley over the Liaisons informed us that if a project is post install the liaison team does not have tracking for those projects. So if you are tagging a liaison that will likely not be as effective. So try to send it to a team associated with the issue, like Sps, utility etc. Send/tag to DV for customer communication items and you can open a CO for DV as well.
1/7/25 - PPAs won't need as plan set revision for the TSRF if that changes do to module relocation or anything like that. DV will just request a Final design revision for those docs which is what light reach will only care about.
1/7/25 - Chicago interconnection: If the main service panel is directly back to back, or on an unfinished exterior wall (i.e. unfinished basement wall) then we will be connecting following the standard interconnection SOP. If that is not the case, we will default to the exterior supply side tap splice box, similar to the CPS supply side tap
5/21/24 - When completing a change order and need to get a custom placard, tag the Warehouse manager and the OM. You will still need to send to design to have them provide a engraved mapping placard sheet.
3/29/24 - When you get a CO and the next steps are pending structural review include in the change order details that Structural will need to make a change order after they've processed the review.
3/27/24 - For Portland: 1. If the eng letter needs to be revised note in the change order that engineering needs to rev cloud the changes.
2. List on the revision letter "bullet points of changes made to the plans [or letter]".
1/22/24 Any time a place updates to 2023 NEC or needs new labels, we need to (in addition to updating autocad and/or highline) send an email to Zachary Landers to let him know about the label change and where it applies to. For brand new labels, he'll need a good picture of it and the material, size, and other specs.
12/15/23 For revision letters for Utilities - Per Sydney "No they aren't really needed for most cases. Some utilities like us to be specific about what are correcting or it helps me know what was changed to determine if we do need to resubmit. I always submit the revision letter if is over email, but if it's a portal we can't submit them because there is no where to upload it".
They are not always required, if you have questions about whether they are please consult the salesforce utility page.
12/15/23 - When information on the plans and ENG letter do not match verify that they if the project is a ground mount. Engineering provides the ground mount ENG letter and the error would fall on them.
1/3/24 Check the highline and or the utility salesforce page to verify if utility resubmission is required and under what circumstance(s). (You may get a tag from a utility tech and will need to update HL with this information)
1/3/24 - Follow-up due diligence email templates have been updated to include this question: "Currently, all plan sets include a NABCEP board-certified PV installation professional's seal. Could you please let us know under what circumstances, if any, you would require any additional seal, certification, stamp, etc.".
12/8/23 - When doing initial or follow-up due diligence do not directly ask the AHJ if they require stamps. Explain that all of our plan sets are for residential projects and include a NABCEP board-certified PV installation professional's seal and our contractor information. Then ask, if any, under what circumstances they would require any additional seal, certification, stamp, etc.
12/8/23 - We are now assigning call times. During your assigned time, you'll log in to talkdesk and take survey calls. 9:00-11:00 Victor & Mark, 11:00-1:00 Tegan & Libby, 1:00-2:00 Chase, 2:00-3:00 Austin, 3:00-5:00 Alex and a filler person. :)
12/8/23 - If you come across a CO for PSO or OG&E regarding PV meter wiring or meter bypass missing you can assign it to Tegan. For clarification on those:
PSO - PV on top lugs, green running down the center and landing on middle lugs, and neutral passing through.
OG&E - Utility on top lugs, neutral running down the center landing on the middle lugs, and ground grounding to the can. A bypass plate must be installed, and they need to match plans.
Regular site updates will be added and summarized on the main announcement page on a weekly basis going forward. Please see all changes that were made in the past quarter associated with Version 2.1 of Oracle. -DC 7-10-2023
