Develop explicit, procedural steps to success which define the process of the learning

Show children the finished product so that the children know what they are working towards

Identify where those key skills are found within the model

Break down learning into smaller manageable steps 

Arrange the procedural steps in a logical sequence

Consider the natural flow of the learning process and organise the steps in a way that makes sense for the children
