Adjust goals, strategies and accommodations based on ongoing assessment data and feedback
Modify teaching methods, materials and assessments based on individualised targets and recommendations
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure inclusivity and share insights and best practice
Communicate and evaluate triangulation of recommendations, targets and assessments targets with all stakeholders
