We have many lines of support and it is very helpful to contact the right department for the right reason as it helps keep our systems and process in place allowing us to move quickly!  Also, please note that hours may vary from department to department.

Contact this group if you have particular design requests, need a redesign, or want to oversize an existing design. This email is also used for any requests concerning proposals, such as discounts, different financing options, or to match a redesign.

In case there is a hang up with the financing of a deal, contact this team.

To get the status of submitting permits, picking them up, permit corrections, HOA Approval, etc., contact this team.

Post Install Team/Service Team - customercare@initiatesolar.com 

This team can provide you with updates regarding inspections, Permission to Operate (PTO) and system activation. This team is also leveraged for any issues with the roof, power, or solar system post-install.
