Things to keep in mind.

• Adders may exsist which will be a monthly add on here is the adder list for things such as MPU's (Main panel upgrades) 

• Can not do re-roofs or tree removal adders, homes need to have a roof in good condition or good sunlight hours or the homeowner is going to need to pay out of pocket to accommodate these needs. 

• This is a pure lease, so the monthly payments are fixed and not variable. the homeowner does have ability to do a contract buy out at month 60 of service.
