2. Email info@initiatesolar.com Subject/Title of email should be customer First Name, Last Name, Installer (i.e. JASON BOURNE) as it appears in the portal in which you sold said customer.
3. Must attach the following:
a. FULL, CLEAR & LEGIBLE COPY OF UTILITY BILL - all pages
b. Signed Interconnection Docs (& rebate docs if applicable)
c. Signed, executed contract
d. Aurora Shade Report (If not created by DAAS and designed in Aurora by yourself or your manager)
e. Load Calculator (if applicable)
f. For states such as, NC, SC, GA, and FL please provide HOI (Homeowner's Declaration Page of Home Insurance)
4. Body of email should include. Feel free to include any additional information or notes pertaining to the deal in the body of the email, as well.
**If you are missing any of the above information and/or documentation and it is not provided within 1 full day of the Contract Signed Date, the site audit will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with the customer immediately.
**Please also note - If your Title Approval is not complete within Sunnova prior to your Site Audit scheduled date, your audit will also be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.
