The End Result of the Sales Process Stages:
The Qualified Lead - Customer info collected, a copy of their electric bill, Final Consultation date is set.
The Final Consultation - Signed customer contract, financier requirements signed, signed Net Energy Metering (NEM) application, and other documents signed as needed. A referral sheet has been offered and asked for.
The Site Survey - Roof measurements taken, sunlight readings collected, structural data collected.
Final Design - Preliminary design created, contracts created, proposals created. Sales Consultant reviewed design to ensure they meet their understanding of the Homeowner’s needs and desires.
Permitting - *AHJ authorized permit pack.
Installation - Solar equipment installed on the home. The Sales Consultant should be in attendance during this to build further rapport, get referrals, and re-canvass the area.
System Activation - Permission to Operate (PTO) from the utility has been signed. Sales Consultant to follow up with Owner to ensure this happened.
Final End Result: A turn-key Solar Installation.
