We cannot put a wall on our imagination. In this period we can fly with our mind and dream of extraordinary events. Too many walls have, however, set themselves to the realization of something real. We are an extraordinary species but at the same time we are nothing compared to the Universe. There are rare situations where we have broken this wall and go beyond our expectations. What happened in 1961 is an inimitable example. On April 12th the Russian cosmonaut Jurij Gagarin, 27 years old only, was the first man to see Earth from space. He managed, on the Vostok 1, to make a complete low orbit around the blue marble. For our account, that date allowed us to conquer Space.
