Transition 

Pupils in Year 6 will move on to various secondary schools e.g. Ysgol Dinas Bran in Llangollen,  Ruabon High School which are the nearest High schools. Parents do however have the option to express a preference for other secondary schools in the area. To make the transition as easy as possible, there is close liaison with the High schools and Dee Valley Federation of schools so that common policies are followed.  Pupils take part in transition projects/activities on offer in the secondary schools
