At Cynffig, our culture of ‘Ready, Respectful, and Safe’ forms the foundation of behaviour expectations for every pupil. It ensures that learners come prepared to learn, act as respectful members of our school community, and feel safe throughout their school experience.

At Cynffig, our culture is sustained through positive attitudes to learning, enabling pupils to make the most of every learning opportunity. We strive to develop independent learners who take responsibility for their own progress, supported and guided by our dedicated team of staff. 

Our Pupil Learning Ambassadors have created a pupil-friendly guide to the ‘Cynffig Learner’, designed to help pupils take ownership of their learning journey. This guide is used in lessons to support learners in understanding how to learn most effectively, while also encouraging them to reflect on themselves as learners.
