Our vision is to create a positive, progressive learning environment, fully centred around the principle that every pupil has the right to achieve their potential. It is this which drives and motivates all members of Cynffig Comprehensive's school community to 'challenge, commit and succeed'.

This is a belief that permeates everything that we do.

A brief history - Ein Hanes

Cynffig is an 11-18, mixed comprehensive school situated in Kenfig Hill, Bridgend. The majority of our pupils are local and we are proud to serve our local communities of Kenfig Hill, Cefn Cribwr, Pyle and Cornelli. We enjoy positive links with primary schools in the area. The original Cynffig buildings were constructed over four years from 1957 and officially opened in 1961.
