Our job as digital leaders is to ensure that the children and staff in our school are equipped with the necessary skills to become digitally competent individuals who strive to become efficient in the way that they learn. We use a variety of digital software in our teaching that provides children with opportunities to showcase their learning - and access the curriculum - in variety of ways. So far we have:

Coded Microbits to complete tasks.
Supported Coding Club.
Set up a Digital Clinic for staff.
Started creating - and are currently working on - Minecraft Education to create a virtual tour of our school.
Created websites linked to our enquiry questions.
Accessed the G-suite facilities on Google (Such as google classroom) to save, showcase and share work in class and at home.
As Digital Leaders we share our knowledge of Scratch with classes in the school.
We work with children and teach them how to code and offer support.
We support them in using different ICT programs including Hwb and Google Suite.
The Digital Leaders are building a 'Lego Mindstorm' which they will teach Year's 5 and 6 how to program using new software.
The Digital Leaders are building a 'Lego We Do' which they will teach Year's 3 and 4 how to program.
