First, we shared answers to frequently asked questions in recent inquiries, then provided the following information and conducted a Q&A session.
In addition to Moodle, G Suite can also be used online class delivery. Therefore, we introduced the theme of 'Simultaneous delivery classes using Google Meet' and explained the features of Google Meet, meeting settings (immediate start/reservation), and security measures. We also provided a demo on how to set up a meeting.
When conducting classes. It may be necessary to assign a report assignment to evaluate student learning outcomes. Therefore, we introduced the evaluation criteria for report assignments, submission methods, and feedback methods. We also provided a demo on how to create a report assignment.
In the chat, we received questions such as 'How to set up a one-time password for SSO,' 'Is it possible to set the timing for opening report assignments to students in Moodle?', and 'Can a guest be registered to verify if a single class is properly created?'. We have posted the answers in the FAQ, so please refer to them.
