This week has been AMAZING!
I had such a great time cheering on our 9th grade volleyball teams at Trinity... it definitely brought back memories from my own days as a student athlete there! Our girls played hard, and it was wonderful to see such a supportive crowd.
Tonight, our 8th grade volleyball teams will play at home... come out and cheer on our Blackhawks! 7th grade girls volleyball are playing at North9th grade football is also playing this evening in Plano at Clark Stadium! Let's go Blackhawks!Â
We also held our first pep rally of the year today, and Coach Henderson brought the energy! Check out the pictures below!
I also want to take a minute to remind families of the values that we are holding ourselves to this year:
H- High Expectations

Consent: https://forms.hebisd.edu/Forms/SB12_Consent_Form
About SB 12:
Texas Senate Bill 12 (SB 12) requires schools to have written parental consent before a student can receive certain health or counseling services at school. This law is designed to make sure parents and guardians are fully informed and give permission before their child is seen by a nurse or counselor.
What This Means for Your Student:
If you have not signed the consent form or if you selected “No” on the form, your child cannot be seen by the nurse or counselor at school.
This includes care for illness, injury/first aid, or other medical concerns, as well as counseling support.
Students without consent on file will not be able to go to the nurse’s office or meet with a counselor.
How to Update Your Consent:
If you previously marked “No” but wish to change your response, simply fill out the consent form again using the link provided.
Once updated, your child will be allowed to receive nurse and counselor services.
Please complete the consent form as soon as possible if you would like your child to have access to school health and counseling support or to let us know that you do not want this support.Â
Dress Code: ID checks begin Monday. Replacement IDs are $3.
Lanyards: Students may use their own if the color matches their grade level:
7th – White
8th – Orange
9th – Black
Replacement lanyards are $1.
Morning Campus Rules: Students cannot leave campus to walk to McDonald’s or the Corner Store. If you’d like them to go, please drop them off directly at those locations.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Please pull all the way to the gym. Do not stop at or before the band hall.
Front Entrance: Reserved for buses and programs with an orange sign.
Wednesdays are College Day!
Thursdays are Spirit Day! Wear orange and back or spirit gear!
