The purpose of the District MTSS Implementation Team is to operationalize the vision and direction established by the District MTSS Leadership Team. As the “boots on the ground,” this team is responsible for delivering professional development, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to schools across the district. Their work ensures that district policies, procedures, protocols, and systems are implemented with fidelity and consistency. Through direct engagement with school teams, the Implementation Team builds capacity, monitors progress, and provides targeted support to ensure effective MTSS practices that positively impact student outcomes in academics, attendance, behavior, and social-emotional learning.
Meeting Dates (1pm - 3:30pm)
Both teams will meet together as a District MTSS Team during these dates and times to collaborate. Both teams will also come together to complete the FAM-D in order to ensure that the responses are more aligned to what is actually happening in the district.
