Online Assessments

For the 2024-2025 school year, all District Common Assessments for grades 4-5 Science, 4-5 Reading, and 3-5 Math will be conducted online. Paper/pencil testing will only be available for large print accommodations.

Science Assessments

5th Grade Science

• Unit-Assessments:

  • Created by the district

  • Administered throughout the year via SchoolNet

• 5th Grade Science Check-ins:

  • Created by the state

  • Administered at the end of quarters 1-3

  • Follow the grade-level district pacing guide

Math Assessments

3rd to 5th Grade Math

• NC Check-ins:

  • Created by the state

  • Administered at the end of each quarter

Reading Assessments

3rd to 5th Grade Reading

• NC Check-ins:

  • Created by the state

  • Administered at the end of each quarter

End-of-Grade (EOG) Tests

• All EOGs for 2024-2025 will be conducted online.
