Sarcosuchus, unlike its relatives and gharials, which shares many traits with, were not picky eaters. Many crocodyliforms were piscivores, only eating fish. Sarcosuchus likely ate fish, but also terrestrial dinosaurs and any other creatures that it snapped up. Many dinosaurs drank water from the lakes which it lived in, so Sarcosuchus had plenty of food. Some researchers think that Sarcosuchus was unable to perform the "death roll," but its other physical capabilities are unclear, due to the incomplete skeletons.
