Deinonychus lived in the Late Cretaceous period, in Western North America. Many deinonychuses have been found in California, Nevada, and Washington State. Deinonychus would've lived in a swamp, and those marshy lands it lived in housed many dinosaurs other than what we have spoke about. Spinosaurus, Probactrosaurus (a relative of iguanadon), and Titanosaurs would fight for survival in these crowded swamps.
