Stay Informed During Campus Closures with Rave Alerts

The easiest and fastest way to find out if campus is closed is to make sure your contact information is up to date in Rave, HCC's emergency alert notification system.

Rave can send alerts by:

Text message
Email
Phone call

To access Rave: myHCC → My Online Resources → Rave

You can log in through the myHCC Dashboard and select Rave from the My Online Resources card.

Important:

All HCC students and employees are automatically enrolled in Rave and will receive alerts at their HCC email address.
Students can access Rave one week before the semester begins, so consider setting a calendar reminder to review and update your information.
Your account may be inactive if not enrolled in the current term.
Contact methods other than your HCC email address (such as personal phone numbers and email addresses) require you to opt in to receive notifications.

Keeping your Rave information current ensures you receive important campus alerts as quickly as possible.
