If you are a student planning international travel, you must send a Travel Alert to the Help Desk to request continued access while abroad.

Some student services are not available outside the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico, even after a Travel Alert is approved. These include items found on the myHCC Dashboard, such as:
My Student Profile
Class schedule
Grades
Registration functions
My Financial Aid
Degree Works
Bill Pay
Because of these limitations, you may not be able to view grades, make registration changes, or complete financial or academic tasks while outside the country.
Please complete any time‑sensitive tasks (registration, payments, grade review, financial aid actions) before you depart
Access may still be blocked in certain countries due to local laws or internet restrictions
Access is generally available in Western Europe and other industrialized nations, but may be unreliable or unavailable in other regions
We recommend verifying access restrictions for your destination before finalizing travel plans or registering for courses.
