Change password using Self-Service 

1. You can use the “Can’t access your account” or “Forgot my password” link on the login page with your pre-registered sign-in methods, like Microsoft Authenticator, personal email address or cell phone number. 
   OR
   Use Self Service Password Reset Link: https://aka.ms/sspr

2. Enter the CAPTCHA code to verify you are a human and click Next

(Note: The CAPTCHA response can be entered in all lower case and you can use the refresh button for a new code that may be easier to read.)

3. Follow the prompts for a forgotten password and verify your MFA using the method you registered. 

4. Once you verify your identity using your MFA method, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
