we started gluing and actually building the website

We finally started making our cards and made some designs on some of the panels and the rules.

we finished on the path and started to create new cards with an exclamation point symbol

Using cardboard, I created a board game because it seemed like fun and it was a good way to learn how to control certain aspects of a system
During this process, I learned how to manage making rules that work with other rules without counteracting or working against them.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because I am putting my projects on a website for the internet to see.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the rules sometimes being a little blurred. I was able to do it by adjusting the rules and tweaking them so that they all work together.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what the board was made out of. The reason why I would change it is because the board was made out of cardboard and it was quite fragile.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in game design because all of my mechanics and the rules blended to work in one unanimous form to create a smooth game experience.
