My Movie 11.movUsing iMovie, I created a video on how much I've changed since last year because it was important for my grade. I also made it because it's good to know how things change from when you last saw or heard from that thing. Another thing is that I feel that it is good to show how I've grown since the last time I shared something about myself with you!
During this process, I learned not much but how to change how my movie slides from picture to picture. While I didn't learn much, I did get reminded of how I slow things down and what sounds sound like. I also was taught how to make better videos for you guys.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because I am putting myself onto the web for the world to see. Another reason for this is that I have allowed the world to see my website and people weren't blocked from seeing my website.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding good images. I could do it by scrolling down until I found the image I wanted. I also struggled to find the proper sounds for my video, I overcame this challenge by scrolling down and listening till I found the sound that I wanted
Given a chance to do this again, I would change some of the sound effects and how long the video was. The reason why I would change it is because I feel I put a minimal amount of effort into what I did in the video.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in assistant camera operators because I made a video on the director's (my) visions . Another reason for this career is because I cleaned and maintained the equipment and the sets of the video I'd be making.
