7PI-Virtual Reality

Reflection:

• I started by creating the lobster fight, which is the main part of my world. Then, I added Obama, Penguin guy, and Jerry who are all having a standoff. Next, I added the goose who represents the god of this universe, the all seeing eye. I finished with the floor which I turned into the Grub hub guy.

• The standard that my CoSpace is tied to is Innovative Designer (IV). It relates to this because I had to figure out how to add things and retry over and over again to get certain things right. Especially the coding which was difficult to make.

• I learned how to upload 3D models, how to add an environment, and floor to the CoSpace. I also learned how to create objects move using the coding. This also taught me how to create a video using the VR headset.

• A challenge I had to overcome was positioning the lobster's lightsabers to where they were actually hitting each other. Another challenge I overcame was getting the lobsters to talk. Also what to make them say was difficult to pick out.

• Something I would do different would be deleting Yoda. He's pretty small but he's on top of Obama and he's really insignificant so I would get rid of him. Yoda could jump down though which would make him more interesting in the fight.

• My project connects to the engineering and design CTE program at Hastings High School. My projects connects to careers in Video game designing and video game testing. Video game designers and testers need to create coding and use 3-d models to create their games.
