NUrsery - 30 hours

Hampton Wick Infant and Nursery School offers flexible provision for Nursery aged children. When applying to Hampton Wick Nursery, your child will be allocated a morning or afternoon session. If you qualify for 30 hours Nursery provision you will be given an 30 hour Eligibility Code by HMRC which will mean your child can attend full time. To find out if you are eligible, please click here. Once you have received a code then please complete this form and return to the school office. To cover the half hour at lunchtime we do need to charge for childcare and the lunch provided.

If you do not qualify for 30 hours Nursery provision but would like your child to attend Nursery full time, you may self fund their place for half a day to make up their time to full time.

Extended Hours Nursery Contract  (this needs to be completed for all 30 hours children; funded and self-funded).

Completion of these forms does not guarantee you a place at the HWINS Nursery.
