Covid-19 Catch up Premium

In June 2020 the government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up on missed learning caused by coronavirus (COVID19). This is especially important for the most vulnerable pupils and pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds who we know have been most affected.

National Tutoring Programme 

The National tutoring Programme is Government subsidised initiative to help students catch up in key subjects as many children's learning was affected by the national lockdowns. In 2021-2022 some children have had 1:1 or small group tutoring to enable them to catch up with their learning. They had additional sessions in maths or English with a qualified teacher who was known to them and works at the school. The school has not participated in the 2022-23 tutoring programme.
