A look at the Element of Art: SPACE
while creating an artwork using different elements of art lines, shapes, and colors.

OBJECTIVE:

Each student will follow along with guided instructions/video tutorial to create and complete their own seasonally inspired Hanging Ornaments artwork creating positive and negative space - while using at least two different elements of art (line, shape, color) within their hanging ornaments, using multiple media that allow for student choice, according to the accompanying rubric.

One of the easiest ways to show space in artwork is to have objects change their size to show how close or far away something is.
