SUB PLAN 1/23

Thank you for watching my classes while my daughter has the stomach bug! Today first grade and kindergarten students will be completing the same lesson, however first grade will have the warm up on the left, and kindergarten classes will have the warm up on the right!

**Please use the 5 minute timer, below, to time the length of the warm up and feel free to let the students use the mr. sketch markers for this warm up! (they are in the blue bin on the black counter top.)

Students will take these warm ups home. Next, please pass out the paper- the paper is in the marble covered cabinet in the front of the room. It is 9x12 white paper.

While passing out the papers, please call tables by colors to go retrieve pencils from the teal pencil bin on the black countertop. Students may also get an eraser.

Now, we can start our draw along video! Today the kids will be drawing a snowman snowboarding!

Please play the video once the students are done writing their names on the back of their papers. They will be taking these home with them at the end of class.

Once the video is finished, the students may use regular black sharpies to outline their lines, as well as crayons to add in color into their artworks, and also choose a sky color for their sky!

Once students are finished their artworks they can get a coloring page from the silver shelves under the faux plant on the black countertop.
