HAWKSCUP 2023 

Closing the year 2023, the Global Jaya Secondary Student Council continues its long-reigning legacy of Hawks Cup, 2023 being the biggest event in student council history with a record-breaking nine-day event, a total of eight competitions, and over 50 teams competing to win the championship. As an amalgamation of sports, arts, and academics, Hawks Cup 2023 was a perfect representation of energetic and tight competition, merging students from schools around the West Java region. From the chaotic roars of supporters to the potent, mouth-watering smell of tenants’ delicacies, Hawks Cup 2023 became a center of not only competition but also a coming-together experience for parents, students, and alumni. Combining the collective efforts of tenacious students from Years 7-12, determined faculty, and persevering members of the school staff, Hawks Cup 2023 was the result of many hurdles overcome yet also many wins, even from the smallest to the biggest. 2023’s Hawks Cup could never happen without the support of the many sponsors, media partners, and partners of the event.
