As we come to our May break, I wish for all of us to take some time to reflect on this year. We have faced many challenges, but as I have learned the meaning of Idul Fitri, I have decided to refocus my thoughts on how and what I am grateful for. I am grateful for how we came together as a community; staff, students and parents to work together and support each other. I am grateful to be able to say “Good Morning” or “Selamat Pagi” to students and staff. I am grateful to see my colleagues and students daily and have face to face conversations. I am grateful to hear laughter and see students excited to be at school to learn with their classmates. I am grateful to be back to school!
As you take the much needed restful break, please take a moment to think about what you are grateful for. Make an individual or a family list and share it. I guarantee you will see how much you have gained and learned through the challenges faced this year. Let’s all be grateful!
Enjoy your May break, and we look forward to seeing you on Monday, 9 May. Please remember that your child will need to bring their 2x24 antigen test (hard copy) on their first day back from the break. Have a wonderful and restful break. Enjoy time with your family and friends.
Mohon Maaf Lahir dan Batin. Selamat Idul Fitri!
Warm Regards,
Ibu Elena
