CAMPUS WALKING ROUTES
Walking is a great way to get exercise and the Emporia State University campus is a beautiful place to walk! We have designed two walking routes across campus, the 1 mile "Gold Route" or the 2 mile "Black Route". You can start either of these routes at Union Square and see some of the great sites ESU has to offer.
Walking has the lowest dropout and injury rates of all exercise programs, is easy, convenient and inexpensive — all you need is a good pair of shoes. Walking can help you:
