STINGER STRONG

Stinger Strong Description

Stinger Strong is a weight lifting competition against yourself. Each semester you will have a chance to max out on three lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) and get into a club. Your club is determined by the total weight you lifted between the 3 main lifts and dividing that total by your body weight. The possible clubs you can make it into are 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, & 7.0.
