GOALS OF PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Learn to set appropriate goals
Work with trainers to reach their goals
Learn several exercises, including proper form and technique
Gain knowledge on how to use equipment properly and safely
Begin to learn how to design a workout on their own

SESSION BREAKDOWN & PRICING
3 or 6 week packages - 2 sessions per week
Private sessions
3 weeks (6 total sessions) private = $70
6 weeks (12 total sessions) private = $130
*group training available upon request (prices could vary)
Each session package includes:
Free initial assessment
1 hour sessions
Warm-up, workout, and cool-down
*Faculty/Staff will receive a free membership for the duration of their training package*
