Thanks for joining us this year. This newsletter will briefly introduce you to everything you need to know to be successful in this year's challenge. We will send out the newsletters every Monday, but if you ever have questions or need anything, don't hesitate to let us know. All of this information can always be found on our website by clicking HERE!
The concept behind this challenge is to “find your balance.” Using a model of wellness, which incorporates social, intellectual, physical, spiritual, emotional, financial, and occupational wellness; look for areas in your life that could use more balance. Use the challenge to improve on these areas. Please keep in mind that this challenge is for you and you only! The idea is small sustainable changes. Even if you make changes to improve just one area of wellness, you have succeeded. At the end of the challenge prizes will be awarded to individuals that complete the challenge!
Ready to start earning points? You will need to track healthy habits that are worth a designated point value. The tracking log can help you log your healthy habits. This sheet does not need to be turned in. Every 25 points earned is1 raffle ticket.
However, you will still need to submit your points online each week. In the weekly newsletters there will be a link to the scorecard, or they can be found on the Healthy Hornet Challenge webpage. That scorecard will be due the following day (Tuesdays) at noon. *Monday at noon for the last week!
Remember – honesty is always the best policy – we use an honor system, and cheating on the challenge is cheating yourself and your fellow ESU community members!
