This is the LAST Gator News of the year. Woohoo!!!! We may add updates to this tomorrow during the day. If there are changes to Gator News, we will resend the link and highlight what has been added. 

What Is Expected of Me This Week

• PLTs: No PLTs this week.

• As the check out process begins, please be sure to organize and collect all Instructional materials in one location in your classroom. Do not give away or take district/school purchased materials to another classroom or home. Agnew and Boor will inventory every classroom material (guided reading books, tubs, math manipulatives, classroom library books, etc.) EOY Check Out List

• Collect and organize all the inventory listed on this spreadsheet before scheduling a time with Agnew/Boor.  We are still in the process of updating the inventory list so checked off inventory may not be 100% up to date. 

• Make sure you have signed all of your documents in Edugence. If you were observed: Pre-Conference, Observation, Post-Conference, Summative. If you were on a waiver: Make sure you signed your waiver. There should be no orange icons on your TTESS page in Edugence. EVERYONE: Make sure goal evidence is uploaded in your Google TTESS folder. 

• All Pinks and Blues need to be turned in to Boor and Agnew Monday morning. We are finalizing class building this week. 

• Our amazing PTA president has issued a survey to help guide the Teacher Appreciation activities for next year. Please take a quick moment to respond to her HERE.

• Quality Instruction:  Wonderful teachers, we still have FIVE days of school left. Please ensure that there are organized activities happening in each room. Do not sit your kids on Chromebooks all day as this will cause behavior issues across the building. 

• Ever heard of "Exchange Days"? This is a bonus for those wanting a day off in exchange for summer PD! Read the guidelines here as you plan for your summer learning. 

Upcoming Events:

May 19th -- 4th Grade Economic Fair

May 21-23 -- Student Half Days

May 20th -- Braswell Senior Walk - 8:25am. Please be ready with Braswell colors/signs to wave at the Seniors. We will follow the same path as the Principal parade.

May 20th -- PreK Graduation

May 21st or 22nd -- Snow Cone Treat from PTA (Make sure you have signed up your class if you want to get snow cones.)

May 21st -- Kinder Graduation

May 22nd -- 5th Grade Graduation at Braswell 6:30 PM WOOHOO!!!

May 22nd -- Staff EOY Luncheon and teacher awards (12:30 in the cafeteria, catered)

May 23rd -- Last Day of School

May 27th-29th -- Summer Seminar

CLASS PARTY DATES

SAVANNAH SUMMER BOOK SWAP

We are hosting our 4th Book Swap in the Library! I have attached the flyer and will be talking to classes about the details next week. You can also read more about it on the Library website. LINK

Students may start bringing in donations on Monday. Please have them label them with their name and teacher name so I can keep track. The week of May 12th is when students will spend their "credits" to choose new-to-them books from the swap. If you have any questions let me know!
