Frisco ISD requires families provide proof of residency each year. Submitting your POR online improves accuracy and saves processing and acceptance time on your submission.
Follow this POR LINK to submit your new POR.
Follow the prompts by uploading a PDF copy of a current or previous month's gas, water, or electric bill with current usage and service address (no cable / phone / internet bills). If you have more than one student, you will need to submit a POR copy for each student using their ID number. Currently, a March/April 2022 utility bill is an acceptable date.
If you have just signed a current lease with date of occupancy (valid for 30 days only), this will suffice temporarily. If you have recently purchased your home, a copy of the closing papers dated in the last 30 days will suffice until a utility bill is available. A lease/home contract is considered a temporary POR.
If you are living with a relative/friend in the FISD attendance zone, an affidavit must be completed AND notarized by the student's guardian and property owner on the utility bill, then returned to the LT front office, along with a current utility bill. Do not upload an affidavit; the notarized paper must be dropped off in person.
