Profesional Developement

Maxwell teachers are dedicated to the continuous improvement process. Faculty and staff engage in a variety of embedded and ongoing professional learning experiences throughout the year. Members of the faculty frequently attend and even facilitate enriching professional development sessions that target all aspects of teaching, including the focus of developing language and implementing successful immersion instruction.   • Oral Proficiency Interview. Two of our teachers were certified to be official OPI raters, Nadxi Alquicira and Matt Olsen. - Lexington, Summer 2018.
