You have THREE classes to complete this project. It is it be done individually.
"A picture is worth a thousand words."
This quote, which has existed for over a hundred years now, says what you've already learned by now: that photography can be very evocative. It's not just about snapshots but about ideas and emotions.
For this project, we will flip this idea around and capture the essence of a single word in a photograph.
In short, you take a series of images that can each be described or labeled with one word. You can edit them in Photoshop as you see fit to help them better match the word they're paired with. You will then add the word itself to each image in a creative way that completes the feel of the image.
PROJECT: ONE-WORD PHOTOS
For this assignment, you will take a minimum of THREE images that can each be described or labeled with one word.
You can edit them in Photoshop as you see fit to help them better match the word they're paired with.
You will then add the word itself to each image in a creative way that completes the feel of the image.
Need ideas for how to incorporate text into your photography?

1) Ensure that each of your three images is saved in .jpg format. (Keep a .psd version for yourself in case you have to do further edits).
