Discrimination and Harassment:
The school district endeavors to provide an environment free from unlawful discrimination and harassment including but not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct or communication constituting sexual harassment. Employees should refer to the policy on sex harassment or consult with a member of the district’s administration for further information regarding the district’s policy on sex harassment. Employees who believe that they have been the subject of unlawful discrimination or harassment of any kind should make a report to their direct supervisor or the Superintendent.
Employees who believe that students have been the subject of unlawful discrimination, harassment, bullying, or other inappropriate behavior should make a report to their direct supervisor or the Superintendent. Please refer to Board Policy 5026 - Sex Discrimination and Sexual Harassment of Students, Board Policy 5055 - Student Bullying, and Board Policy 4014 - Employment Related Sexual Harassment.
