TRANSCRIPTS:
State Law requires that you supply the central office with a copy of the transcript of all college credits and that it be kept on file while you are employed.
All teachers new to the Exeter-Milligan School District must file with the district office a transcript of records, certificate and approval statement. All incumbent teachers must keep their record file up-to-date.
Each teacher must hold a valid Nebraska teaching certificate of the proper category. Each newly issued certificate must be registered before you can legally be paid. It is the teacher's responsibility to make sure this is done.
Each teacher must provide the Superintendent's office with the following:
1. Social Security Number
2. Retirement Number
3. Withholding Form W-4
4. Authorization to withhold for insurance benefits
Each new teacher must fill out forms for retirement benefits before the first pay day as well as family coverage of the district hospital/medical insurance.
By contract, you will be paid on the 15th of each month for that month. Contract relations will be handled as per the Negotiations Agreement as ratified by the Board of Education and the Exeter-Milligan Education Association. Salaries will be paid in 12 equal installments, and will be payable on the 15th of each month, beginning in September of each year.
