Taking Attendance & Lunch Count

TAKING ATTENDANCE & LUNCH COUNT:

Attendance.  Attendance should be taken at the beginning of each period using Power School/Power Grade immediately after the tardy bell rings.

Breakfast and Lunch Count.  Breakfast and  Lunch count will need to be taken by 8:30 AM.  Students arriving after 8:30 AM will need to report to the office for a pass.  Teachers should mark any student who is not present in their classrooms by 8:30 AM absent. Students who enter the first period class after 8:30 AM should be sent to the office. The office will make the change in PowerSchool from absent to tardy. Sending the student to the office will hopefully create a deterrent for tardiness and will allow the office to make the necessary changes with the cooks. This also allows teachers to continue teaching instead of taking time to change things in PowerSchool.

School Breakfast and Lunch Cost for Teachers.   Your meal costs are $2.25 for breakfast and  $3.75 per meal for lunch.  This can be done daily or by purchasing a lunch ticket.  No more than $25.00 can be charged. (This cost is subject to change yearly)
